Shipping policy

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

• Metro areas (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 3–7 business days
• Regional and rural areas: 5–12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping costs Free standard shipping on all orders over $75. A flat shipping rate of $8.95 applies to orders under $75.

Tracking your order A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can use this to follow your order through the carrier's website.

Missing or delayed orders If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@terraandtwig.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Your rights Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
